In the "Good Food, Good Mood" Workshop we will be discussing why healthy eating can improve your mood and your health! Food Gatherers will be doing a presentation from 5-7pm. They will have lots of resources for food programs in the area, food banks and other ways to get free food in the community. From 3-5 we will be doing a presentation on how to build your own small vegetable garden!
