Break out the red, white, and blue, and join us this Independence Day for a free, family-friendly celebration featuring a full day of events before the big fireworks finale!
Bring your flags and flip flops because the fun begins with a festive parade down historic Main Street! From there, you can lounge on the beach, enjoy live music, visit our local shops and museums, or take part in one of the many fun activities occurring throughout the town. Evening activities include a bell-ringing ceremony, patriotic concert, and a spectacular fireworks display over the York River. Grab your patriotic gear and come celebrate where America won her independence! Fireworks start at 9:15 p.m.
The free, accessible Yorktown Trolley will be in operation from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on an alternate route during this event.
