A YIN, REIKI, AND SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE

SUNDAYS AT 1PM(90MIN) - OFFERED MONTHLY

During this 90min experience combining Yin Yoga, Reiki & Sound Healling, Larissa & Itsa will guide you on a holistic journey that unifies physical and energetic aspects. Yin Yoga prepares the body, mind, and spirit for Reiki by creating a receptive state. During this class, you will tap into your inner selves, allowing emotions, thoughts, and sensations to arise and be acknowledged. This process creates an open space, essential for Reiki's healing energy to flow freely. Reiki will be infused throughout class as we relax and meditate to soothing live sounds of crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, wind gong and koshi chimes. The Reiki and sound component induces deep relaxation, reduces stress, and stimulates the body's self-healing mechanisms. When combined, Yin Yoga, Reiki & Sound create a transformative experience that promotes holistic healing, a profound connection with oneself and nourishes the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki will be infused throughout the class as well as welcomed hands on adjustments.

The investment for this 90 minute experience is $50 (NON-REFUNDABLE)

ALL PROPS ARE PROVIDED, YOGA BOLSTER, BLOCKS, AND STRAP. MATS ARE AVAILABLE BUT LIMITED, SO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN IF YOU HAVE ONE.
