Kick off your shoes and get your toes in the sand at Good Spirit Lake Provincial Park's award-winning beach! Join us for a day of themed activities, a sand sculpting competition, an evening concert and more!
Event Schedule:
1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Fun in the Sun Self-Use Station - Challenge friends and family to lawn games, let the bubbles fly, the foam flow, and the fun begin!
1 p.m. - 2 p.m. Sand Art Canvas Craft - Create your own one-of-a-kind masterpiece! Choose your stencil to decorate a canvas with glue and sprinkle a layer of sand on top to bring your artwork to life.
2 p.m. - 3 p.m. Sand Sculpting Competition - Let your imagination take the lead as you shape, carve and mould the sand into your dream sculpture. Judging to take place from 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
2 p.m. - 3 p.m. Beach Volleyball Games - Join us for some fun volleyball drills and friendly competition.
3 p.m. - 4 p.m. Barefoot Beach Treasure Quest - Ahoy, adventurer! Grab yer crew and learn how to navigate using a GPS unit to find hidden treasure. Claim the loot and fortune!
4 p.m. - 5 p.m. Seashell Windchime Craft - Transform beautiful seashells into a stunning wind-catching work of art.
7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Justin Labrash Concert - Join us for an evening concert by six-time SCMA award winner, including Male Artist of the Year, Country Album of the Year and Songwriter of the Year, Justin Labrash.
7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Beach Bonfire - Join us for a bonfire and activities on the beach while enjoying a delicious s'more.
This event is free with a valid park entry permit.
