A Night with Ritchie

We are excited to share some news with you...

We have acquired a chef in a couple of months time to come and help out for a little while to bring something new Wilmas.

We will be starting off with an evening with Ritchie to show off some of his the menu will be as follows

Entrees

A choice of

-Pumpkin chorizo coconut soup
On bread cup
- chicken spinach ricotta Vietnamese pancake

Mains

A choice of
-home made smoke salmon ,treacle,rocket ,beetroot
With a lime burnt butter hazelnut sauce.
-Hawaiian style grilled Rump steak sererved with gremolatta mash potato , pickled season vegt on Quince red wine reduction sauce

Sweets
-Coffee and pistachio bread and butter pudding

This is a bargain at $45 per head. It will also be licensed so will be nice to have a wine with dinner..

This will be on the 22nd June so get in quick and book your table as I'm sure they will fill up quickly...

This is the same day as our Drag Bingo Event but in the Evening separate to the bingo event
