In this weekly class, we explore what it means to live with presence, purpose, and connection — to ourselves, to one another, to the planet, and to the soul essence of who we truly are.

Through guided meditation, embodied practices, soulful reflection, and grounded psychological tools, we open the door to inner wisdom and authentic living.
