About the event

Pocklington Chair Yoga

Join us for weekly chair yoga at the Arts Centre - £5 donation.

This class is for folks who have limited mobility and would like to build mental and physical strength with like-minded people all while sitting in the chair. Amy offers variations and choices you can make to do the practice that suits you. Everyone is welcome and Amy particularly invites folks who believe they 'can't do yoga' to join us and have a go!

Please book via the Arts Centre or just turn up!
