Again & Again, by 2024-25 Powder Mill Foundation Arts Fellow Devon Tolbert '24, explores animation, game development, and pixel art—and how these mediums can engage and empower communities. A self-taught artist, Tolbert uses his fellowship experience to highlight the grit, repetition, and imagination required in creative growth.

The Appell and Powder Mill Foundation Arts Fellowships are 11-month creative residency programs awarded to recent graduates of York College. The Fellowships support the mission of the Center for Community Engagement and the continued creative growth of the Fellows.
