Looking to gear up for our big Spartan DEKA Competition on February 1st? Join us for a special Spartan DEKA Pop-Up Training Event on January 24, 2026 at the AJG YMCA!
This exclusive training session will be half seminar and half HIIT workout, giving participants the perfect blend of education and hands-on practice. Learn proper form, training tips, and strategies for each DEKA zone—then put it all into action with a high-energy workout designed to help you build strength, stamina, and confidence before competition day.
