He Manifests His Destiny Presents: Mind Your Mind Workshop

A men's mental health workshop hosted by Nyrell Torres host of the popular podcast @talkyaishpod and Minister Dr. Maddie Cheatham founder and CEO of @pamelasbigheartfoundation and creator of @shemanifestsherdestiny a women's empowerment group and @hemanifestshisdestiny a men's empowerment group.

This Workshop is coming to @yonkersarts_space May 2025. Men are underserved, under loved, and often misunderstood. We offer men a safe space to vent, be heard and understood, and loved for who you are. We welcome men from all walks of life. Refreshments will be provided.

✅Discover the power of self-care and self acceptance.

✅Find new ways to prioritize your mental health and well-being.
