Come along and learn how to decorate pretty flower cupcakes, creating a boxed bouquet of sweetness!!
This intermediate class is great for those who have already done my Beginner Cupcake Workshop, have done a little bit of buttercream piping before, or enjoy fine-motor crafts (these credentials are not essential, however helpful).
A gluten-free cupcake option is also available for this class, as well as an option for a supervisor to attend with a child or special needs participant. NOTE: buttercream colours will vary from class to class.
Inclusions:
- 12 pre-baked cupcakes in a 12-hole cupcake box
- Butter cream and sprinkles to decorate, as well as my butter cream recipe to take home
- Use of my icing tips and bags
- Complementary coffee, hot chocolate or tea throughout the morning
What to bring:
- An apron (I have some for sale if you don't own one or forget)
- Covered shoes
- Dark clothing
- Cardigan for the aircon
- Hair tie/clips to keep hair back (long hair should be in a bun)
- Some cash if you would like to purchase anything from the cake shop, including the tips and bags we will be using (EFTPOS also available - 5% surcharge)

Please note that this payment is non-refundable (you will receive a refund however if I need to cancel the event). If you are no longer able to attend the workshop, please let me know ASAP by calling or messaging me on Ph: 0409 325 745.
If you advise me of your absence MORE THAN 24 hours prior to the workshop start time, you will receive a FULL CREDIT that can be used on workshops at a later date. If you advise of your absence LESS THAN 24 hours prior, you will only receive a $50 CREDIT that can be used at a later date.
If you are no longer able to attend, but have organised for someone else to take your place at the workshop (ie. You have sold or given away your place) rather than receive a credit, please let me know when you initially contact me regarding your non attendance, remembering to send me their name and details.
