Relaxing Restorative Yoga

Join me for this relaxing restorative session using props. This style of yoga promotes deep relaxation and healing through passive supported poses. The session will end with a guided meditation for deep rest.

If you are coming along please bring 2 pillows and if you like a blanket for extra comfort. If you have any yoga props please bring them along too.
