Opening and Energizing with Jordyn Riou

This beginner-accessible class will guide dancers through a warm up, a combination (short piece of choreography) and a cool down to re-enter the regular routines of the day. The full class will include gentle movements to wake up parts of the body that may be forgotten or left static during the day. The aim for the class is to leave feeling more open and energized, like a first yawn and stretch after waking up, or a cup of coffee.
