Dancing for Birth Fall Session

This is a pre-registered mini-series that runs Tuesdays, 6:45 - 8:00 for 4 weeks: October 28, November 4, 11 and 18.

The 4-class series is $60.

There will be a different educational component each week and students are recommended to attend all weeks to get the most out of the session.

These fun prenatal classes are empowering and educational! It is an opportunity to meet other expecting mothers in the community, feel more energized during pregnancy and learn natural coping techniques for labour. Classes teach movement and awareness techniques that support a safer, easier birth, and increase confidence for an empowered, enjoyable birth.
