Half-Day (4-hour) Silent Meditation Retreat at the Center (with Zoom option)

We will begin with our hour-long Vipassana meditation and Metta chanting. The retreat will continue with alternating sessions of 20 minutes of walking meditation, inside or outside, and 40 minutes of sitting meditation. We will conclude with sharing the merit we have accumulated. This is a great opportunity to deepen your practice. Our hall is air-conditioned!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of the start time, especially if you are new. There is a Zoom option. Please message us for the link.
