Yoga & Live Music Experience

Immerse yourself in an uplifting and accessible yoga practice designed to harmonize your connection to nature's elements (air, water, fire and earth) as we celebrate the energy and renewal of spring.

Guided by live music featuring guitar, flute, drums, gong, and more, you'll move through gentle warm-up followed by dynamic flows carefully sequenced to enhance the somatic experience of breath, movement and vibration-each inspired by nature's elements.

Class concludes with an extended sivasana and a restorative and healing sound bath. Join us to awaken and align with the rhythms of nature both around and within you!

Lead by yoga instructor Marni Prince and musicians Todd Glacy and Jason Prince.
