Join us for a plein air painting adventure at the stunning Cape Forchu Lighthouse on Friday, August 22 at 11 am (rain date Tuesday, August 26). Whether you’re an experienced artist or just curious to try painting outdoors, this is a chance to get out, have some fun, and connect with a truly beautiful location.
Bring your watercolours, acrylics, sketch pencils, or any materials you like, along with comfortable shoes, water to stay hydrated, and a chair if you want to sit while you work. We’ll spend about two hours wandering the area, finding the perfect view of the amazing lighthouse and coastline, and creating art inspired by the moment.
There’s no pressure, no specific challenges—just the joy of painting outside, seeing the light and colors in a new way, and sharing the experience with others who love art as much as you do.
