A culmination of 5 years in the dreaming/writing/recording, and 9 months in its development, Peace Mind Music is a unique music healing and meditation app that provides a simple pathway to relieve stress, overcome difficult emotions and be at peace.
Created by Australian singer songwriter and author Phil Barlow, the songs and music meditations are organised by Moods, so you simply select the mood you are in, and listen to the playlist designed to help you go beyond a challenging mood, or to open into a higher state, such as Love, Joy and Peace.
Drawing on personal experiences, and a deep understanding for human emotions, Phil writes in a way that allows for deep hurts and losses to be felt and released. Only then, can we truly let go and move forward.
There are also deeply peaceful and uplifting songs and meditations within the app, that can open pathways to feeling free and living a fulfilling life.
