The Sacred Sessions – A Journey Through Music, Movement and Sound
Step into a sacred space where music, movement and sound become a gateway to deep connection, healing, and divine guidance.
✨ Begin with gentle Pranayama (''prana' means life force, 'ayama' means to extend) meditation to ground, awaken your energy, drop out of mind and into your body.
✨ Flow into a gently guided ecstatic dance, where a live DJ set carries you through waves of rhythm, release, and intuitive movement.
✨ Surrender into a nourishing sound healing with live instruments and voice, allowing vibrations to integrate your journey and deepen your connection to Self and Spirit.
This is more than just dance — it’s a sacred ritual of expression, elevation, and inner wisdom. No experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to receive.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:
- A kind and alcohol- and drug-free space to unleash without judgment or boundaries
- Coming into the present moment and into your body through your breath in a gentle, guided Pranayama exercise (not the same as breath work)
- A carefully curated live DJ set that will take you on a journey through the elements, encompassing tribal and world rhythms, afro house, latin house, and some psytrance
- Letting it all go on the dance floor, with open ears (no headphones for this dance)
- Integration of the dance through a beautiful sound healing
- A deep and joyous reconnection with Self and body in a way you didn't realise you needed
- A connection with other like-minded people in a safe space
PLEASE BRING:
- A bottle of water to stay hydrated!
- A yoga mat and blanket for the sound healing (if you don't own one, please let me know - I will have a few spare)
- An open mind :)
- Please wear clothes that express who you are and that you can also move freely in
- Please arrive 5 mins early so we may honour time and so you may settle into the space.
