SPOTLIGHT CLASS!
Join Chanté for a powerful and nourishing 75-minute class that brings together the grounding strength of gentle vinyasa yoga, the healing energy of Reiki, and the stillness of guided meditation. This special spotlight session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and open space for deep energetic release and renewal.
We’ll begin with a mindful vinyasa flow to gently awaken and stretch the body, cultivating presence and breath awareness. As we move, I’ll offer hands-on Reiki healing throughout the class, tuning into the energy of the room and each student to support balance and alignment.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that helps restore physical, emotional, and energetic balance. By placing my hands lightly on or just above the body, I channel universal life force energy to support your natural ability to heal and feel grounded, calm, and centered.
We’ll end with a soothing guided meditation to integrate the movement and energy work, allowing the body to rest and the spirit to rise.
Whether you’re navigating stress, looking to deepen your self-care practice, or simply seeking a moment of peace, this class is a loving space to return home to yourself.
