Shamanic Breathwork: Hug the Parts of You That Died

Shamanic Breathwork takes you into a state where you can access your inner guidance, your innate healing mechanisms, and deep insight. Your journey will be supported by experienced facilitators, chakra-attuned music, and, only if you choose, touch and bodywork. We will share intentions, teach the breathing technique, use the breath to enter an inner journey, and integrate through sharing and art. This process is a powerful method for going beyond the ego and toward the you that is really you.

This workshop’s theme is “Hug the Part of You That Died”. We are complex beings with many parts. Some we came into this world with. Many are created (birthed), adopted, or we are “gifted” from society. We will create a safe space to be taken to parts that have died, need comfort/healing, or would be beneficial to move out of a dominant role that makes decisions or causes impulsive actions.


Diamondheart (Jay Hoeffer) is a Certified Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator and ordained minister through the Venus Rising Association for Transformation, and a Reiki master.
