History of Finneytown Book Signing

For the first time ever, a pictorial history of Finneytown has been published! Join us for a special evening with Rick Kennedy (retired GE media relations manager and book author) and Mark Evans (retired P&G product development manager and photographer) as they take us on a visual journey through Finneytown’s colorful past—from 1800 to 1970.

This engaging presentation will explore stories of local legends like Ebenezer Finney, Telford Whitaker, and Rod Serling, the founding of Finneytown High School, the arrival of St. Xavier High School, and the area’s signature mid-century modern architecture.

After the presentation, books will be available for purchase and signing ($25 each; cash and credit cards accepted). All proceeds benefit the Finneytown Alumni Network's Legacy Project. (Raising funds to modernize the gym and performing arts center.)
