What is your body yearning for ?
Our bodies are sacred vessels that allow us to live, breathe, feel, think, listen, experience life as an individuals and in communities �
What thoughts do you feed your mind?
Who do you listen to on a daily basis ? Is it voices of others you grew up with? Is it a movie you watch that took you to a path of transformation ?
Is it musik?
What food do you have relationship with before you offer it to your vessel?
What words do you use when soaking with your self , your friends , your family, your beloved, support workers, religious groups, when you hear musik, when posting, when texting , when talking to your children ? Do they all align ? Do you speak with same way to everyone around you ? I mean , your tone? Your voice ? Your truth ?
Thought I’d post some pondering questions for you to ask yourself.
I hope these questions ignite curiosity for self inquiry about YOU!

As I have told all my children, we are here to make mistakes. The aim is to accept them , own them, move on and grow from them.
