30-Minute Shakeout Run - 5:30 pm Start
We’ll meet at TH7 Newstead and head out for a relaxed, 30-minute run led by Caden Penniket ahead of HYROX Brisbane. All paces and experience levels are welcome - it’s an easy, feel-good way to warm up your morning.
Recovery Session at TH7
After the run, we’ll head into TH7 for a focused contrast therapy session in the hot and cold pools. Only 20 spots available, so get in quick!
