Bump Walks- Pregnancy Walking Group, Wynnum/Manly

We are so excited to start our new "Bump Walks"! Meet with us Fortnightly Tuesday (7am) for a nice stroll along the Wynnum foreshore! Staying active during pregnancy is so important, but we understand... sometimes the motivation may be lacking. We created this group to help encourage and motivate Mama's-to-be, to stay active and healthy during their pregnancy. Led by Physiotherapists, feel free to ask questions, get advice, or just make a new local friend!
