This Full Moon in Capricorn—also known as the Sisters Full Moon—is a sacred pause. An invitation to step off the treadmill of doing and drop into being. To allow the quiet power of the feminine to rise through you in the form of empathy softness and self-love.

To reconnect with your body your breath your inner knowing.

Through a gentle Loving-Kindness Meditation we’ll turn inward with compassion and outward with grace. We’ll hold space for healing forgiveness love and for remembering who we are on a soul level.

What to Expect:

* Loving-Kindness Guided meditation – Where we will nurture empathy and connection within ourselves as well as with others.

What You’ll Need:

* A candle – A symbol of light under the moonlight

* A floral scent – essential oil incense or fresh flower to awaken your feminine senses

* A crystal (Optional) – Think love & softness - Rose Quartz Moonstone or Amethyst (or whatever feels intuitively right)

* A journal – to reflect on your meditation afterwards
