BARBELLS & BEERS AT VFH WYNNUM
We’re bringing together two of our favourite things — a good workout and a well-earned drink with mates.

Barbells & Beers is the ultimate way to finish the week. Join us for a fun sweat session at 5:15pm, then kick back with free beers or beverages from 6:00pm, thanks to our mates at Good Drinks Australia and Gage Roads.

At Velocity Fitness and Health, we’re all about community, connection, and having a good time. This is your chance to train hard, then relax, and have a laugh with the crew.

Everyone’s welcome - members, partners, family, and friends. Come hang out and see what VFH is all about.

This will be a regular event on the first Friday of every month — so mark your calendar!
