The Downriver Actors Guild is holding auditions for Once On This Island Jr. on Sunday, July 20 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM and Monday, July 21 from 6:30 - 9:30 PM. Interested performers are required to preregister for their audition at www.2ndstpac.com/auditions. Auditions are by appointment only.
The Downriver Actors Guild is committed to the continued growth and learning of diversity, equity, and inclusion. DAG casting teams and its directors are working to be intentional in addressing their implicit bias. We are striving to be inclusive of all diverse actors including race, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic status, body type, and ability. We recognize that many of these characters are written on the binary and gender non-conforming, genderqueer, transgender, and non-binary actors should be encouraged to submit for the roles they most identify with.
Audition requirements:
Ages 8 - 16 at the time of auditions.
Please sing one of the character song cuts listed at www.2ndstpac.com/auditions.
A short dance will be taught at auditions to be performed for the casting committee.
Please review the character readings listed at www.2ndstpac.com/auditions. Only those called back will be asked to read in front of the casting committee.
