Event Overview
Date: Saturday 9th – Sunday 10th August 2025
Location: Cairns Target Shooters Club
Camping: Available on-site. Please bring your own camping gear and be respectful of shared space.
Note: Strobe lights and laser pointers are not permitted due to safety and trauma sensitivity.
Saturday Schedule – Night Game
Time: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Costumes encouraged – come geared up and ready to light up the field.
Glow gels in use – wear darker clothing for full effect.
Some ambient lighting will be provided, but players are encouraged to bring their own (torches, headlamps, lanterns, etc.).
Disco balls and solar/sensor lights will also be used around the field and common areas.
No lasers allowed.
BBQ Dinner – Sausages and basic burgers available for $5.
You’re also welcome to bring your own dinner if preferred.
Sunday Schedule – Day 2
Evening:
Breakfast – Bacon and Eggs for $5 for brekky. You’re also welcome to bring your own dinner if preferred.
Games: Begin at 10 am,

Same pricing applies whether you attend one day or both.

Pre-Event Checklist
General Gear
• Torches, headlamps, or lanterns (ambient lighting)
• Costumes (encouraged)
• Tent, swag, or other camping gear
• Water bottle
• Warm clothes for evening
• Closed shoes
• Sunscreen and insect repellent
• Dark clothes (for glo gel activities)
• Snacks or food (if not using BBQ options)
For Players
• Paintball marker and mask
• Batteries or chargers
• Spare clothes/towel
• Glow gels
• Sensor lights functional
Important Notes
• No strobe lights or laser pointers allowed
• Camping is open – no marked sites. Be respectful of shared space.
• Clean up your area before leaving
• Use lights responsibly – avoid blinding others
