Kids trailside fixes 7-10yrs Part 2

PART 2
These are led rides with trailside fixes along the way. The focus is not on the ride but the trailside fixes, we will still be out in the forest for 2 hours, each participant must be self sufficient carry the equipment they need and carry a drink, snacks gloves and a waterproof jacket as a minimum. Please get in touch if your unsure of what you need to bring.

Session 2
Knowing where you are in the forest and dealing with an emergency incident.
We will cover
Making sure we know where we plan to go before leaving the trailhead, locating ourselves on a trailmap, how to secure an incident site, how to use basic first aid and how to get help.

Session 3 December 06th
If there are any riders 5-6yrs interested please get in touch to discuss.
The cost is £20 per session, you intend to do all sessions.
