XC racing workshop Under 16 PART 1

Part 1 of a series of 3 XC racing workshops.

You intend to come to all sessions.
You are in U12, U14, U16 cat and currently race or would like to start racing XC and want to improve all aspects of the discipline. You are comfortable being on a bike for 3 hours and are self sufficient. Considerations will be taken for a younger rider, please get in touch to discuss.
This initial session will cover the basic skills needed for XC racing and highlight any area's the rider needs to improve on during the off season/winter months. Even with a seasoned racer we often find improving the basic skills helps when we ride more technical features.

Part 2 February 15th will dive deeper into the specific skills needed for racing and include the often overlooked mental side of racing.

Part 3 March 14th will focus on what a race weekend looks like, focusing on energy conservation, how to handle nerves, race day prep, and where to find those marginal gains each lap including race simulation.

The cost is £30 ppn per session.
