We cannot wait to welcome you in the gym for a whole week that is FREE to you!

👉Need child watch? We've got you covered!
👉Nervous? Our team will guide you from the moment you contact us until the moment you walk out!
👉To sign up - RSVP that you're joining us, send us a text 614-315-5062 and say "I'm joining for Start Strong Week!!!" And sign it with your first/last name.

Be sure to complete our waivers ahead of time if you've never been in before - don't forget the child watch waiver if you're bringing your kids!

Our schedule is:
Monday-Friday
5, 6, 7AM
8:30, 9:30AM *
12PM *
4:30, 5:30PM *

Saturday
7:30AM
8:30, 9:30AM *

If you see a * then we have child watch at that time!
