Speech and Book Signing - Lighting of the Lantern - I start at 7pm

Come join me (if you can) at Slater Park in Worthington. I'll be speaking around 7pm about reasons to value yourself and how to begin a life practice based on inner wellness.
My hard work is paying off as I have been invited to speak at a mental health/ inner wellness awareness event. Light of the Lantern - hosted by Unspoken Truth and Creative Healing Space respectively. I am beyond happy to see my home area growing a community based on wellness. This is exactly what I stand for.
