Please join me in this friendly competition!
Open to all levels of card makers!!
Date: Thursday, May 29th
Time: 5:00 – 8:00 pm (contest will begin at 5:30 & end at 7:30)
Location: Living Waters Church, Oasis Room, Worthington, MN
Each participant will receive these supplies totaling $26.10
Stamp Set $16.00
Card bases & envelopes $5.00
1 sheet of mini dimensionals $1.50
Partial pack of gems $2.00
2 yards white ribbon $1.60
You will have 2 hours to create a a card or collection of cards using the supplies provided. All surplus supplies are yours to keep including the stamp set!
I will provide:
Embossing folders & embossing machine
Embossing powder, Versamark & heat gun
Cardstock and patterned paper scraps
You will need:
Basic tools, trimmer, blocks, inks & your favorite adhesives (Beginners, I will have tools, inks, blocks and adhesives for you to borrow!)
You can bring your own:
Blends, markers, colored pencils, or other coloring items. ( I will bring basic coloring supplies)
No other items are allowed.
When signing up, indicate which level card maker you consider yourself:
Beginner – I have made a few cards, with kits or in a class where I can copy other designs
Intermediate – I have made a few cards on my own for family or friends, I have basic supplies
Advanced – I make cards on a regular basis and own all the things
Cost to participate - $32
You MUST sign up by Tuesday, April 15th so supplies can be ordered!
I will provide snacks and water!
Cash Prizes will be awarded & based on the number of people attending.
All proceeds will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place in each category.
