Worthing Island Discs (with Thomas H Green)

Worthing Island Discs welcomes Thomas H Green to play and discuss the songs and gigs of his life. Thomas H has been a journalist for 30 years and is New Music Editor at theartsdesk.com (which he co-founded in 2009). He's written regularly for the Daily Telegraph, the i newspaper, Mixmag and others, and has interviewed everyone from Cher to The Prodigy to Bananarama to Philip Glass to Lemmy to Jimmy Cliff.
He has written one book, ‘Rock Shrines’ (Harper Collins), and contributed a chapter to Glastonbury Festival’s 50th Anniversary book. He's put on many club nights and concerts in the Sussex area, notably FREEDOM and Synthesize Me, and events that have featured AK/DK, the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, Wolfgang Flür of Kraftwerk and others. He was Chair and Events Coordinator of the Cellar Arts Club from 2018 until earlier this year.
He allegedly has links to the beer-lovin' beatnik record selecter Caspar Gomez.
