Sauna Sea and Sound Bath @Glo.Sauna Goring Beach

Booking is now open for this wonderful event as Sound Waves and Wellbeing joins Glo Sauna at Goring Beach.

As the sun sets and the tide ebbs and flows, the rich, layered tones of the gongs wash over you, creating a deeply meditative space where mind and body can release, reset, and restore. The sound vibrations move through the air and land, syncing beautifully with the rhythm of the sea.

Accompanied with beautiful “Gloria” The sauna, Heat, sweat, mind body reeeeelax swim dunk -fresh water Shower. Deckchairs , water , oranges et al 🩷
