Pole Flow 💕

Learn a fun dance routine.
Mondays at 7.10pm
7th July

This class is suitable for all levels.
You will learn how to smoothly transition from one movement to the next.
Slip and slide on the floor and feel amazing as you lean new Choreography.
Segments will include spins, interesting transitions and floor Work.

No dance experience needed.
Leggings, Knee pad, long socks or legwarmers recommended.
Bring some water and grip.

Lessons are suitable for anyone that has attended at least 6 pole fitness lessons.
