Learning for Life is designed to help you increase your life skills. Through learning about yourself and others you will develop your independence, wellbeing and sense of community.

Course Information:
The courses are for adults with a learning disability and/or autistic people in West Sussex who would like to improve their confidence.
Courses are free to attend.
The course is led by a tutor from Grace Eyre.

Living in West Sussex
With a learning disability and/or autistic people.
