Explore the more sexy style of pole with sassy, dynamic moves on the pole and floor. We will be looking at doing static moves and some fun combos in your heels…

Except lots of heel clacks, leg waves, body rolls and hair flicks.


Suitable for anyone that has attended 6 beginner/mixed ability classes. 18 +

Wear shorts.
Knee pads recommend.
Closed toe heels 👠
Bring some water and grip.
