FREE SOCIAL SOUTH DOWNS TRAIL RUN - 10K (WITH 5K OPTION)

OUR NEXT SOCIAL RUN IS NOW PLANNED!
Following the success of our first shop social trail run last week we now have the next one planned for next Sunday 25th May.

We will be running a 10k route again but will also offer a 5k option for anybody that wants to come along and give it a go.

The feedback from our first run was really positive so we're hoping to get even more involved this time and build on those great vibes.

These runs are ideal for anybody that wants something a little more challenging than a flat park run route but still suits all abilities. They are operated within a fun and pressure free environment with a fantastic group of likeminded people.

We will meet outside The Bicycle Exchange at 8:20am on Sunday 25th May to be ready to head off at 8:30am.

Our Cranks Cafe will be open when we return if you want to grab some breakfast.

Dogs are also welcome.
