About the event

Drowning Prevention Week - Free CPR Education Sessions
This year, South Downs Leisure is proud to be part of the National Drowning Prevention Week campaign by the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS) — a vital initiative helping communities across the UK #EnjoyWaterSafely.

We will be running a packed week of free community sessions, including Child & Baby CPR, Adult & Defib workshops, and in-school safety activities, helping people of all ages gain the skills and confidence to enjoy water safely this summer.

Free CPR and education sessions are available throughout the week, book via our app or online.

Saturday 14 June – Sea Lanes
Monday 16 June – Worthing Leisure Centre
Tuesday 17 June – Southwick Leisure Centre
Wednesday 18 June – Splashpoint Leisure Centre
Friday 20 June – Worthing Leisure Centre
