Forgiveness can be challenging, and it can often be difficult using forgiveness in our lives because of thoughts like:- ‘you don’t know what they did’; ‘only the weak forgive’; ‘I don’t have to forgive anyone’. 

These thoughts keep us in the same place. In this workshop the process of forgiving and the freedom it gives when we are willing to let go of all ‘that stuff’ is transformational.

When we are frustrated with life, we give our power away by blaming others, the past, anything that happens to be in our lives
at that moment in time.

Now is the time to take back your power.

Over the months we will look at – forgiveness, criticism and judgement, prosperity, releasing negative emotions, loving yourself and loss. 

You will experience powerful exercises to help you identify old limiting beliefs and let them go so that you can love yourself and others more fully. 

We will be working with each of the four aspects of ourselves- mind, body, emotions, and spirit. 


You do not have to book and attend all the workshops, you can book on for any workshop individually.
