Step into stillness and restore your natural balance in this calming and restorative workshop designed for adults of all experience levels.
What to Expect:
Begin with a gentle, accessible yoga flow, led by Lucy Small, with plenty of options to suit every body and ability.
Transition into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful meditative state to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
As you relax, Lucy Stamp, an experienced ear acupuncturist, will offer ear acupuncture or acupressure (magnets) at specific points to help rebalance your Qi—your body’s vital energy.
To close, enjoy a specially selected short film focused on wellbeing, offering a moment of reflection and inspiration to carry with you beyond the mat.
Whether you're feeling depleted or overwhelmed, this unique session offers gentle tools to reconnect with your body, mind, and energy.
