Whether you’ve spent the week behind a desk, crushing it at the gym, or somewhere in between, this class is the perfect way to reset.
This isn’t a traditional yoga flow — we’ll focus on targeted stretches to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed heading into the weekend.

🧘 Please bring your own mat. Yoga blocks are optional but can be helpful.
