� NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT �

Following the successful move of our Tuesday morning Pilates class to its new venue last week, I’m now adding a second weekly class - SATURDAY MORNINGS - for those who’d love a weekend option too!

� Starting next Saturday 14th June
� 10:00 – 11:00am
� The Community Hub, Victoria Park Road, Malvern

This is a friendly, welcoming class for all levels - from complete beginners to those with more experience. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, support your joints or just enjoy some quality movement time each week, Pilates is a brilliant way to feel stronger, more mobile and more in control of your body.

Some participants enjoy doing Pilates twice a week for even better results, but this new Saturday class is ideal as a stand-alone session too if you’re looking to ease in, or weekends just suit your routine better.

� Pay-as-you-go or save by block-booking ahead
� Bring a mat (essential), a small towel, and a bottle of water
� We work in bare feet or socks (grippy ones are ideal)
� Free and easy parking right outside
