Experience a “Sound Bath” with Crystal Singing Bowls.
Immerse yourself in sound and vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls to support a deep state of relaxation. A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful meditative experience that can be therapeutic or restorative for the body, mind and spirit. The sounds are intended to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves, bringing about balance, relaxation and wholeness. What to bring: - Thick Mat/blanket to lie on along with a pillow or two. Also, bring a light throw/blanket if you tend to be cold-natured.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session. Doors are locked at start time and no admittance thereafter.
