Immerse yourself in sound and vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls to support a deep state of relaxation. A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful meditative experience that can be therapeutic or restorative for the body, mind and spirit. What to bring: - Thick Mat/blanket to lie on along with a pillow or two. Also, bring a light throw/blanket if you tend to be cold-natured.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session. Doors are locked at start time and no admittance thereafter.
