Mindful Movement

Relax and reset with Inner Rhythms, as you are guided through a morning of mindful movement!

From 9am – 9:45am on August 10th, children ages 3-10 and their caregivers are invited to nurture a deeper connection to self, body, and breath through gentle movement and guided awareness.

This event is free to the public with a suggested donation of $5/person (cash or Venmo). All proceeds support Inner Rhythms in its mission to provide schools and caregivers with resources that foster self-aware, compassionate, and confident children. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel.
