Hatch Chile Roasting

Join us for an exciting evening as we kick off our Hatch Chile Roasting Extravaganza!
We’ll be firing up the roaster—an open-flame steel cylinder cage that chars the tough skin of the Hatch Chile and perfectly roasts the inside.
These iconic peppers are ideal for burritos enchiladas green chile stew cheeseburgers chile rellenos and more! Raw and roasted Hatch Chiles will be available for sale and when you purchase a case we’ll roast them for free.

Enjoy music games on the patio and free roasted corn while you soak in the festive atmosphere.
