Deep Reset - Breathwork

In-person sessions like these are held in the NRG Plus space, located on the lower level of the American Community Bank in Huntley.
This is a gentle breathwork session, intended to guide you into relaxation and open the lines of communication with your body. Wonderful for relaxing the nervous system.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, a blanket and a journal with pen. There will be time after the session for integration, reflection and journaling.
